What is Mindsafe?

Mindsafe is infrastructure for portable, verifiable, encrypted intellectual property on Base. It gives creators, studios, and agents a standardized way to register ownership, prove authorship and timing, and control who can access or license creative work. The core primitive is the folio — an encrypted, versioned container with cryptographic commitments that bind content to its provenance chain. Folios hold anything: manuscripts, designs, music stems, research papers, model checkpoints, legal bundles, or any artifact that must be sealed, verified, and tokenized. The protocol operates at three tiers, each adding a cryptographic or economic property. Seal for encryption and integrity verification. Register to add timestamped provenance and verifiable continuity on-chain. Tokenize to add consumptive, market-priced access or fractional rights. Same folio format, same encryption, same verification at every tier.
